A DAY IN THE LIFE
The day of Kate starts every morning at 7.00am. In the morning she watches the journal of the day before because she works in a hotel until late in the evening. She also reads the journal of Ancilla and swipes through social media. After her ‘morning routine’ she brings her daughter to school.
While she is driving she loves to see the billboards that are located at both sides of the roads. Kate has to be at work at 9.00am. During the day she is very busy with taking care of the hotel and making that everything goes like it has to go. She also has to do a lot of computer work while she is working and the loves to get inspiration from other sides for the lay-out of the website of the hotel.
During her break she reads the journal online and swipes through her social media. Sometimes she goes lunching in a shopping centre that is located nearby the hotel. On a normal day she leaves work at 19pm. After work she goes to the tennis because she finds it very important to do some sport every day. When she comes back home she watches some tv and swipes again a bit through her social media.
CUSTOMER JOURNEY
Katie Wiliams is, as already mentioned, a quite successful hotel manager with lots of goals. But aside her professional career she has a very typical lifestyle. All Ancillians live in a very comparable way. She is very interested in every form of news. That's why she checks the newspapers every morning with a lovely cup of tea.
The things she buys are very womanlike. She eats and drinks things like salad, quinoa, healthy juices, water and things like that. Her kids and her husband are obligate to follow her way of eating. Because she is seen as the head of the family.
So we can say that Katie decides what everybody in the family eats and drinks. The decisions she makes, in order to buy food, are very rational. Everything should be healthy and nutritious.
During her day at the office she continues her healthy lifestyle. But in the evening the unhealthy goods are very present. Chocolate, chips, coke, et cetera are omnipresent.
At this moment of day the emotional way of thinking is stronger than the rational one. This is very typical for an Ancillian woman. They live very strict, they follow lots of rules and they think rational during the day to make sure they have control over all aspects of the society. But at the end of the day they need some sort of escape. Then they start thinking emotionally. And when the evening continues, they head for the casino. The proud of the country, the economic superpower.
In the evening she likes to go out with friends. What they usually do is drinking some wines in a local bar. After getting drunk they head to one of the many casinos in Zwanetta. The casino is the best known aspect of the country for neighboring countries. Our casinos are what French fries are for Belgium and what the croissant is for France. They are a huge part of the country.
After the visit to the casino she goes back home, to her husband and children. She falls asleep in her king-size bed, in which she sleeps alone. Man and woman sleep alone to make sure both of them can rest well to be productive the following day.
